Ro.ial is quickly at your home!
The fact that we are a shop solely devoted to online sales allows us to manage all orders on a daily basis and therefore to process all requests in the shortest possible time. All orders placed before 12:00 noon on any working day (Monday to Friday) are entrusted to the courier within 24 hours* (subject to stock availability), limiting the processing and fulfillment times of the order as much as possible.

Thanks to the search for the best logistics partners, we are able to deliver your purchases to any delivery in Italy, in an extremely short time.

From the moment the express courier takes charge of the shipment, it should deliver within 24/48 hours*, if you live in an easily accessible place; within 48/72 hours*, if you live in a location that is difficult to reach (such as islands and small mountain resorts).

Shipping costs are:

  • Free shipping for amounts greater than or equal to 19.90€
  • For orders under €19.90, we apply a single shipping rate of €6.90, VAT included, valid for all of Italy.

The recipient is responsible for any taxes and customs charges applied in the country of destination.

*Average delivery times by couriers (barring unforeseen circumstances) starting from the receipt of the goods. Saturdays and public holidays should not be taken into account when calculating delivery times. In any case, the delivery times indicated cannot be considered binding for Ro.ial srl.
Ro.ial Srl is not responsible for delivery delays due to strikes, supply/transportation/manufacturing problems, government actions and natural disasters.

With Ro.ial you have the right of withdrawal for 14 days!

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an explicit statement. You can do this by sending an email to amministrazione4@roial.it. Please attach the withdrawal form available here to the email and indicate “MODULO_RECESSO_COGNOME_NOME” in the subject line of the email. You will receive an email confirmation that your request has been received.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the goods. The products must be returned to our warehouse located in Via Grosseto 41, Agliana (PT), CAP 51031, within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal.

To ensure compliance with hygiene and storage regulations, the product must be returned intact, unopened and undamaged.
The expiry date is calculated from the day you received the goods.

We recommend that you pack your products well before shipping them.

To be able to grant a refund and receive a refund on one or more “Non-compliant” products, simply send us an email at info@roial.it indicating the order number or the reference of the product with one or more photos attached, depicting the non-compliant and/or damaged product that must be returned.

The return can also be requested in the event that the products are damaged during transport.

If the damage is already evident upon receipt of the package, it is advisable to report it immediately to the courier and to collect the package only if the copies of the waybill clearly indicate that the package is accepted subject to verification and quantification of the damage in order to be able to request a refund.

If the courier refuses to report the incident, you can refuse the package, asking for it to be returned to the sender for damage to the contents and immediately notifying us at info@roial.it.

If the damage is not visible from the outside, or has escaped the recipient, it will not be easily possible to claim against the courier, so we ask you to make the claim promptly to allow us to protect ourselves in the event of damage resulting from transport. We therefore advise our customers to check the condition of the products immediately and very carefully upon receipt.

The refund can be made through a voucher of the value of the returned products or by money transfer (PayPal).

Our refund obligations must be met within 14 days. The period is calculated from the day of arrival of the goods in our warehouse.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any problems with your purchase on our online store, we are here to help.

We inform you that you have the right to make a complaint according to the regulations in force. In addition, if we are unable to resolve the issue satisfactorily, you may resort to out-of-court dispute resolution methods, as also provided for in Articles 141-ter and 141-decies of the Consumer Code
